Everything was excellent. The level of client service that Joey Bernat (Executive Account Manager) provided was of the highest quality. Responsive, helpful, adding extra touches…it was all incredible. From the outside in, it looks like you guys run a strong operation! I think the real difference maker was Joey, who was just on top of every little detail and made it seamless for me.

Arthur found for us the newest jet at a reasonable price. And, he catered the best of food both for the departure and return. He even included my favorite whiskey! When there was a delay for the flight (because of repositioning at Aspen), Arthur addressed the problem and ensured a quick turnaround including arranging for a fuel truck to be available when our aircraft landed to expedite our departure. Arthur and Monarch are first-rate. A++++
